"Just thought I'd send a quick note following the job which John and Adrian did tonight. Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference, firstly Kevin made sure he introduced himself and Craig. Also as I was somewhat apologetic for the location of one pick up (difficult parking and a slope up to the house), I was cheerily informed that it was OK they would assess the situation when they arrived and work around it. I was kept in touch as to how things were going as they had to pick up one bed go to another address and swap beds and return to the first address. These days people are so quick to complain but rarely bother to go out of their way to compliment when things exceed their expectations. So, thank you for providing an excellent service!"

We love these little man and van jobs! The only problems generally is access. It takes just a bit longer to empty a 3rd floor flat than it does to clear a ground floor flat. As a guide price, local jobs within a 5 mile radius generally take no more than a couple of hours. We charge for the first hour and then on a pro rata basis, so if it take one man and a van 90 minutes, you pay just £52.5!

These jobs generally involve 2 men, for which we charge £50 an hour, although we are quite happy for the customer to provide the other pair of hands if they are fit and able! These jobs tend to fall in the 2-4 hour £100-£200 bracket, although it very much depends on what the customer wants moving. The beauty of an hourly rate is that the removal decisions are totally in your hands.
